However to obtain and validate the discount offered in this package Primary Travelers must meet the following criteria/requirements:

Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview is required
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Age
​At least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 35 to 55 years old. However, neither person can be over 55 years old.

Income
Qualified participants must be GAINFULLY EMPLOYED at Sales Presentation point and must have a combined annual income of income of $90,000 USD.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet all the other qualifications are accepted.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish.

Identification
To CHECK-IN MUST possess a valid US OR CANADIAN PASSPORT or Government Issued ID and at least two Major Credit Cards. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo or Discover card is NOT accepted for qualification purposes but can be used for the purchase of the package and for use at the resort..

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation.

Countries
This promotion is for US and Canadian residents only.
Residents from Quebec and Hawaii and cities of Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami are NOT qualified for special promotion price.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.
Participants must not have attended a vacation Club Preview of any kind in the previous 12 months.
Participants must not own or be part of 2 (two) or more vacation clubs of any kind.
The participants may not have attended another Melia Club presentation in the past or be a current Melia Vacation Club Member.
When traveling to Mexico the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Paradisus Cancun or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other stays in Mexico.
ALL Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees, military, clergy, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.

Reschedule Policy
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 16 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 2-night charge of $199 per night. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
