This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
Married and cohabiting couples presenting a major credit card must have a combined gross annual income of at least $50,000.00.
Married and cohabiting couples presenting a major debit card must have a combined gross annual income of at least $75,000.00.
Single women must have credit card, and be gainfully employed with income of at least $60,000.
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD (or debit card if income is at least $75,000) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.FY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at Jockey Club is required.
No children under 7 years of age allowed at Presentation.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation within 10 days of the scheduled presentation with the Jockey Club.
Participants can not have attended a resort presentation with ResortStay, GeoHoliday Club, Sapphire Resorts Club or Jockey Club in the last 12 months.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married couples: one member must be between the ages of 28 and 72 and the other must be at least 21 years of age.
Cohabitating couples: Both must be between the ages of 28 and 72.
Single women: must be between age of 30 and 62.

Income
Married and cohabiting couples presenting a major Credit Card must have a combined gross annual income of at least $50,000.00
Married and cohabiting couples presenting a major Debit Card must have a combined gross annual income of at least $75,000.00
Single women must have credit card, and be gainfully employed with income of at least $60,000.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card (or debit card if income is at least $75,000) and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. Single women must have a major credit card, with income of at least $60,000.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples, and legally single women.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Reservation holder MUST be a CITIZEN of the United States or Canada.
Can not live in Las Vegas or reside within 90 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Additional Terms
For this first-time visitor promotion customer cannot be an owner or employee of Resort Stay, GeoHoliday Club, Sapphire Resorts Club, or The Jockey Club.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
