In order to qualify for this super discounted package you must comply with the following qualifications and attend the 90 - 120 minute resort preview, besides these terms and conditions there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation and picture IDs and a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 - 120 minute vacation ownership presentation.
Time and place will be established by you & the Executive Services Representative during your pre-arrival call.
Participants with limited mobility are not eligible as the presentation requires all participants to be able to walk the property and climb stairs during the tour.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 30 and 75.
Legally Single Women age 35-75. If bringing a guest, it MUST be a family member ONLY, not friends.
Gay Married Couples - Both persons must be between 35-75.

Income
Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $75,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications..

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID upon Breeze PRC verification call and when checking in to the hotel and to your reserved sales presentation you must present the confirmation letter from BookVIP.com.
Married couples must present upon Breeze PRC verification call and bring with them proof of such (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married couples and legally single women.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for participants Born in the USA or CANADA (not nationalized) (not Franco Canadians) that meet all other qualifications. Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Additional Terms
This promotional package is non-transferable. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from your agency, any other company advertising another resort or for use with another vacation ownership week on the same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. This applies for qualified guests, family and friends traveling at the same time.
This is a ONE TIME promotion and is not available for clients that had enjoyed any similar promotion purchased through any travel agency or Breeze PRC Members or immediate family and Active or retired employees of the following industries: Travel Agencies, Airline, Real Estate, Hospitality, Hotel, Timeshare and mini vac company.
The participants may not have attended an Breeze PRC presentation ever before and further agree to not attend any other vacation club sales presentation during this vacation including adjoining dates (before, during & after your stay with us). Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited and will void the terms and conditions obligating you to pay the rack rate to the hotel prior to check-out.
The participants MUST spend their first night in Costa Rica at the Breeze PRC Resort in this promotion or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Resort Fees
We accept to pay $19.95 per night Resort Fee. The resort fee will be paid during the Breeze PRC Verification Call and PRIOR to receiving a final confirmation number from the resort. Please remember the resort will not be able to block your desired travel dates until this fee has been paid. Resort Fees are not refundable once reservation is confirmed.

Rescheduling Policy
Due to the popularity of the Resort Condovac La Costa Resort once dates are chosen they cannot be changed. You are welcome to make changes to your reservation and choose another resort without penalty if change request is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will be a penalty of the total cost of the package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
