This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover, or AMEX are accepted.
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to an up to 90-minute vacation ownership presentation at an area designated by Resort Advocate Group.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at any Oak Plantation Resorts property within the past 12 months.
All guests must attend the presentation.
Children under age 7 and are not permitted during group portion of presentation (NO childcare room is offered)
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples BOTH must be age 25-70.
Legally Single Women must be 28-65 years of age.

Income
Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $45,000 USD Annual Income, except during peak Holiday Christmas and New Years dates of travel must have a Minimum of $55,000 USD Annual Income.
Legally Single Women must have a Minimum $65,000 USD Annual Income.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; dog walker, artist, Avon representative, etc.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental property, or tips.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and valid government-issued photo ID with current address at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Reservation holder must be a U.S., Canadian, or Latin American resident.
No Persons will be accepted from Venezuela.
Cannot live within a 60-mile radius of the sponsoring resort property.

Resort Fee
$5.50 per night Resort Fee plus $10 to $15 per night Taxes depending on the season.

Additional Terms
For this first-time visitor promotion customer cannot be a travel agent, Oak Plantation Resort owner, employee or relative of an employee.
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.
Must not be scheduled for any other tour(s) in destination area(s) while staying or touring on our sponsored product.
Campers, RV`s Tour Buses, and Semi-trucks are not allowed.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
